Techniques
The project is “modern” and “well thought out”.
“Modern” since environmentally-friendly building techniques are used.
“Well thought out” since these techniques are combined such that they offer residents the utmost comfort and are easy to manage and incur low costs.
ENERGY CLASS: A-B-A
The residences are in class “A-B-A” according to the energy certificate, which means rational energy use is possible. The purpose of having a higher classification is twofold: (1) Reduced ancillary costs and (2) reduced effect of the building on the environment.
REINFORCED THERMAL AND SOUND INSULATION
To minimise noise pollution, the different units are separated from each other by a double block wall with insulation. In addition, sound insulation is provided in the floor area.
TRIPLE GLAZING
The PVC frames are equipped with triple glazing which meet the requirements of the energy certificate.
CENTRAL HEATING WITH SATDTGAS
Heat production in each residence is ensured by central heating, which is operated by gas. It is located in a technical room in the basement.
UNDERFLOOR HEATING
Heat dissipation is provided by underfloor heating, which only requires low temperature technology.
THERMAL SOLAR MODULES
Thermal solar modules are provided on the south side of the building. They guarantee hot water preparation with an additional heating service.
VENTILATION WITH HEAT RECOVERY
Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery from the extracted air is provided in every property.
AIR TIGHTNESS
Increased air tightness in order to respect the requirements of the energy certificate.
LIFT
A lift is provided between the ground floor and the top floor of the residence. The lift opens directly into the properties on the last two levels.
SECURED ENTRANCE
The entrance to the building is fully secured. The garage door is activated using a remote control that is included with the purchase of a parking space. A comprehensive door intercom and access control are provided at the entrance to each building.
RAINWATER TANK
A rainwater tank is installed on the ground floor of each residence. This is for the exclusive use of the WCs.
EXTERNAL ELECTRIC BLINDS
All vertical window frames as well as all roof windows are equipped with external electric blinds.
FINISHES
Multiple finishes, such as installing a kitchen and painting work, can be provided upon request.
